Well, how do you use the product, you might ask? It comes in 12 ounce bottles and it's recommended that you put 2 ounces in your warm bath water everyday. To some it may be a bit stimulating so you'll want to use it earlier in the day. But for most of us, use it in the late afternoon or early evening for a nice soak. You'll notice the difference. Smoother skin, more relaxed and rested in the morning, perhaps a decrease in appetite, peaceful feelings. (It's supposed to be really great for depression!) We have experimented with different ways of using it. If you absolutely won't bathe (you should be less rigid), no really, it would probably change your mind about baths.
